How far do we Walk?
Taste Martinborough tours make the most of Martinborough’s village community. Our Tasting tour is a walk around the block of just some of Martinborough’s producers, encompassing approximately 2 km of flat, paved terrain.
Can I Drive?
Whilst you will be eating throughout the day, you will also be consuming alcohol so we do not recommend driving. We can arrange taxi collection and drop off from/to your accommodation at a small extra cost – just let us know if you would like that option.
What to Wear?
Weather in Martinborough showcases the seasons! With the lowest rainfall of the entire North Island, we are generally a dry climate – however we do advise that you check the forecast beforehand, and wear appropriate clothing layers as well as sturdy walking shoes.
I’d rather not Walk
Walking around a small area of Martinborough’s township gives a true taste of what makes this wee wine village so special. However, if you prefer not to Walk , we can arrange a chauffeur service at an extra charge. Please enquire.
